How to Apply Mineral Makeup
Before applying your mineral makeup, gather all your supplies. This includes your mineral veil, foundation, bronzer and all of your brushes. Begin by washing your face. Use a gentle soap and warm water. You are now ready to apply your mineral makeup. To begin shake a tiny amount of foundation into the lid of your makeup. If you need to mix multiple foundations, do so in one lid. Using your concealer brush, swirl a small amount of the foundation onto the brush. Tap off an excess. The foundation should be applied were you need extra coverage. This can include dark spots, under eyes or to cover any blemishes. Use even strokes when applying the foundation. You can now use the foundation to cover the rest of the face. Start at the outside of the jaw and work your way inwards. You may need to reapply powder to your brush. Next you can add color by using a blush or bronzer. You will apply the blush to the apples of your cheeks. Sweep the blush over the cheek area in light strokes. This will prevent the makeup from being to dark. Make sure to blend the blush well. The final step is applying a finishing veil. The finishing veil will set in the makeup allowing for a flawless look.
