Yeah right. I’m not going to pay over $100 for some anti aging skin care product before I know if it really works or not. Anti aging skin care products can cost anywhere from $15 to hundreds of dollars depending where you shop. Anything from a department store or specialty skin care brand is going to be pricey (think upwards of $75 per item). Usually, the drugstore products are cheaper, ranging from $15 to about $40. Many anti aging products contain ingredients like retinol which can cause irritation if used in too high a dose. When starting on an anti aging product, you need to work your way up. Everyone’s skin is different, so trying an anti aging skin care sample first can help you determine if a product is too harsh on your skin, or causes any kind of adverse reaction. Almost always, you should start with an every other day approach regardless of the formula. But, even then, some products may still be too aggravating. If you have particularly sensitive skin, you definitely want to be on the lookout for a free skin care sample of any anti aging product you are considering.
